TruSeller’s job is to report factual, verified information about how buyers and sellers actually behave — not to give opinions or endorsements.

Verified ratings

• A rating can only be left on a real, OTP-confirmed completed order — no order, no rating.
• Both sides rate each other; ratings are append-only and can’t be edited away.
• We never invent “verified” or “trusted” badges — figures are computed from real transactions and shown the same way for everyone.

Fraud detection

• Every account is bound to a verified phone number.
• Device signals detect duplicate accounts and ban evasion.
• Complaints are attributed to the right party (product vs delivery) so blame is accurate.

Enforcement

• Prohibited listings are removed (see Prohibited Items).
• Fraud, repeated unresolved disputes, or policy abuse lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
• Bans are bound to identity, so a banned user can’t simply re-register.
