Seller Policy

Sellers on TruSeller are independent merchants of record. Payments settle directly to the seller; TruSeller holds no funds and charges no commission.

Your obligations

  • List products and services accurately — title, price, availability, and description.
  • Dispatch products or schedule services within the stated timeline.
  • Complete delivery using the buyer’s one-time delivery code (OTP) — never claim delivery without it.
  • Respond to disputes and propose fair resolutions.
  • Never list prohibited items (see Prohibited Items).
  • Complete identity / KYC verification via the payment gateway before accepting online payment.

Enforcement

  • Accounts are bound to a verified phone and device signals; ban evasion is detected.
  • Fraud, repeated unresolved disputes, or prohibited listings lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
  • Online prepayment is unlocked by transaction reputation, not granted by default.
