The following may not be listed, sold, or shipped on TruSeller. Listing any of these leads to removal and may result in suspension or a permanent ban. This list is not exhaustive — items that are illegal under Indian law are prohibited whether or not they appear here.

Not allowed

• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and related products
• Prescription drugs, controlled substances, and medical devices requiring authorisation
• Counterfeit, replica, or trademark-infringing goods
• Stolen goods or items without proof of lawful ownership
• Adult products and sexually explicit material
• Hazardous, recalled, or unsafe materials
• Currency, financial instruments, and unauthorised gift cards
• Any goods or services illegal under Indian law
