What TruSeller is

TruSeller is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers. We are a connector and a reporter of verified transaction data — not a guarantor of any product, service, or seller. Buyers complete their own final checks before purchasing.

Using the platform

  • You must verify a phone number to transact (place an order or sell).
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse, scrape, or attack the service.
  • Sellers must follow the Seller Policy and the Prohibited Items list.
  • Ratings and reviews must relate to real, completed orders.

Payments

How money moves is described on the How Payments Work page. Sellers are the merchants of record for their sales.

Liability & disputes

  • TruSeller is not liable for the acts or omissions of buyers or sellers; our role is limited to operating the platform and the dispute process.
  • Disputes follow the Dispute Resolution policy.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
